After experimenting with multiple fruits (with my hot sauces; not sexually), it turns out cranberries works some kind of flavor magic. While not overtly sweet or fruity, this one has taken everything from breakfast to Mexican food to another level. We'll call it Hot Snakes with a twist.
The ideal salsa verde. The mix of serrano, poblano, jalapeno, and habanero peppers will really class up the scene of you eating your Taco Bell alone over the kitchen sink. I'm not judging. I've seen worse. It's still not a great look, though.
The go-to. The all-purpose. It'll go with just about anything. I even used it as a pizza sauce as it includes roasted tomatoes, and I was absolutely not disappointed. Aptly named for what your gut may very well experience the following day, I'd tread lightly.
I'd never really seen much by way of banana pepper hot sauces, so here we are. Peperoncini and my super-secret blend of spices make this one surprisingly versatile. It has the lowest spice level of the family but is not to be underestimated.
Named after a line from a show where four (now three) lifelong friends compete to embarrass each other, this one has some smoky chipotle goodness that is best served on tacos or burritos, but really, it's not my place to tell you how to live your life.
All hot sauces contain at least one habanero, onion, garlic, vinegar (distilled white and/or apple cider), water, spices, and xanthan gum (thickener and emulsifier)
